The MOT is an annual test of a vehicle’s safety.

You cannot drive a vehicle without an MOT unless you have booked an MOT and are driving to the test centre.

Costs may vary. The maximum test costs are £54.85

You can still drive your vehicle if it fails the test and its existing MOT certificate is still valid. As long as no dangerous faults were listed in the MOT.
